For Love of Children Book Launch MTV

The video features the launching of the Coffeetable Book “For Love of Children : Perla D. Santos Ocampo as Scientist and Humanist.” The event was held at the Pan Pacific Hotel in the Adriatico area last Feb. 13, 2009. The book deals with the different facets of the life of Dr. Perla D. Santos Ocampo — scientist, pediatrician, professor, visionary, authgor, mentor, institution-builder, humanist, role model, and mother. The book was produced by the University of the Philippines Manila in line with the U.P. centennial publications.
